Business Development Manager

Integritie is seeking to employ a Business Development Manager to join its successful Sales Team, to specifically focus delivery of revenue and profit growth in new name accounts. This role has been created as a result of the excellent continued expansion of our company.

The successful candidate must have three years or more experience of developing new name opportunities and managing key accounts, with a proven track record of achieving personal business plans and targets.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director as part of the sales team, the successful candidate will use existing skills and experiences gained in previous sales roles within the IT Industry to develop relationships with key decision makers within our major accounts and net new sales opportunities.

The candidate will need to be organised, self-motivated and professional at all times. Most importantly they will need exceptional influencing and communication skills, to be able to conduct major sales negotiations with customers, while also developing a demonstrable pipeline.

The Role

A driven and motivated Business Development Manager is required to join the UK sales team, and to deliver Sales performance in line with the Company Plan, the key functions of this role are;

  • Understand and implement the Company’s Sales Strategy and routes to market,
  • To manage and develop Integritie’s penetration into named accounts,
  • To actively nurture a sales pipeline to deliver net new name business,
  • The position will involve working closely with internal and external resources including the close liaison with Customers, other members of the Sales team, Technical Service teams, Customer Support teams, Business Partner Channels, Marketing Teams, and Distributors.

Waterlooville near Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Key experience required

  • Integritie is looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years IT Services/Product Sales experience.
  • A track record of over-achievement.
  • The ideal applicant will have channel-partnering experience.
  • Awareness of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products and the market place is a desirable benefit, but not mandatory.

Key Requirements and Elements of the role include,

  • The ability to achieve targets and goals.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, with experience of giving presentations to senior management level internally and externally,
  • Experience of thinking strategically about developing new revenue opportunities and how to best promote the Integritie name in the marketplace,
  • Proven track record in performing in a fast-paced and changing marketplace, with experience in driving, meeting and exceeding revenue and profit targets,
  • Currently managing multiple business opportunities with a demonstrable track record in increasing sales.
  • Ability to co-ordinate a “virtual sales team”, managing resources from across the company
  • Delivery of the Company’s Sales Strategy in conjunction with the Sales Director,
  • Preparation of annual, monthly, and weekly reports as required by the business Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
  • A sound understanding of profit and return on investment,
  • The ability to understand business issues across a diverse and challenging customer base,
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure the highest customer satisfaction both internally and across the industry as a whole,
  • The production of accurate, high quality documentation including all customer communication and sales proposals,
  • Professional attitude and appearance,
  • Innovative, passionate, ambitious, dynamic & fun!
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding sales growth in your career to date,
  • Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK, and must hold a current UK drivers license.
