Integritie is a services and systems integration focused solutions provider, whose activities include the sale, design, delivery, and helpdesk support of Image Capture and Enterprise Content Management Solutions.

The Job
Integritie is seeking to employ an Internal Telesales person to join its successful Sales Team. The successful candidate must have experience of Telesales to develop new business from new and existing customers predominantly via the telephone.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the successful candidate will use existing Telesales skills and experiences gained in previous sales roles to uncover opportunities within our Accounts Payable, Renewals, Support and Maintenance business. This is a significant opportunity for the right candidate to develop into a Business Development role within our ECM business.

The candidate will need to be organised, self-motivated, and professional at all times. Most importantly they will need the ability to seek and identify new opportunities via telephone introductions.

Job Location
Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO6 3EZ

Pay Range:
Between £15,000 to £25,000, plus sales bonuses between £5,000 to £10,000. (depending on skills and number of qualified leads generated). Total OTE between £20,000 to £35,000, with a substantional overachivement bonus plan. The pay range is dependant upon existing Telesales skills.

Key Job Description
Working closely with the Sales Manager, cold calling customers to identify and qualify new sales leads for Integritie.

The Telesales person will be provided with a list of customer prospects and target clients and will be tasked with contacting Customer decision makers with the intention of arranging sales meetings for Integritie sales representitives.

The Telesales person will generate qualified sales leads that once qualified will be passed to the Sales Manager for allocation to sales representives.

This Telesales role would suit a results driven and enthusiastic team player who is capable of handling high volumes of telephone calls, and is looking to further their career and earning potential.

To be considered for this position, the Telesales person must have proven telesales experience, which includes Customer cold calling, specifically the ability to reach key decision makers within our selected customer and client base. Therefore, persistence, excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of meeting your targets are key.

Whilst not essential, the ideal Telesales Executive will have an IT background.

Key Experience Required

  • Integritie is looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years Telesales experience.
  • A track record of over-achievement.
  • The ideal applicant will have experience of high volume telephone sales

General Telesales Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills with a clear and articulate voice
  • Ability to communicate easily and comfortably on the telephone but also face to face with suppliers and customers
  • A degree of solutions sales awareness so as to understand and communicate Integritie products, services, and solution concepts
  • Able to work as part of a team but also independently at times
  • Personable and well-presented
  • Highly motivated and willing to undertake self learning to enable the rapid understanding of Integritie solution offerings
  • Awareness of Image Capture and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products and the market place is a desirable benefit, but not mandatory.
