Internal Sales Executive

Integritie is seeking to employ an Internal Sales Executive to join its successful Telephone Sales Team, to specifically focus delivery of revenue and profit growth in Renewals, Support and Hardware Maintenance. This role has been created as a result of the excellent continued expansion of our company.

The successful candidate must have experience of developing new business from new and existing customers predominantly via the telephone.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager as part of the internal sales team, the successful candidate will use existing skills and experiences gained in previous sales roles within the IT Industry to uncover opportunities within our Renewals, Support and Maintenance business. This is a significant opportunity for the right candidate to develop into a Business Development role within our ECM business.

The candidate will need to be organised, self-motivated and professional at all times. Most importantly they will need the ability to seek and identify new opportunities via telephone introductions.

The Role

A driven and motivated Internal Sales Executive is required to join the UK sales team, and to deliver Sales performance in line with the Company Plan, the key functions of this role are:

  • Manage a pipeline of named opportunities and deliver on plan sales
  • To identify new opportunities within the given product sets,
  • To generate new leads for the External Sales Team to close,
  • The position will involve working closely with internal and external resources including the close liaison with Customers, other members of the Sales team, Technical Service teams, Customer Support teams.

Kings Hill near Maidstone, Kent.

Key experience required

  • Integritie are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years IT Services/Product Sales experience.
  • A track record of over-achievement.
  • The ideal applicant will have experience of high volume telephone sales.
  • Awareness of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products and the market place is a desirable benefit, but not mandatory.

  • The ability to achieve targets and goals.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, with experience of giving presentations to senior management level internally and externally,
  • Willingness to learn and develop sales skills,
  • Proven track record in performing in a fast-paced and changing marketplace, with experience in driving, meeting and exceeding revenue and profit targets,
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Pro-active self starter, • Preparation of annual, monthly, and weekly reports as required by the business Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
  • A sound understanding of profit and return on investment,
  • The ability to understand business issues across a diverse and challenging customer base,
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure the highest customer satisfaction both internally and across the industry as a whole,
  • The production of accurate, high quality documentation including all customer communication and sales proposals, • Professional attitude and appearance,
  • Innovative, passionate, ambitious, dynamic & fun!
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding sales growth in your career to date,
  • Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK, and must hold a current UK drivers license.
