Due to exciting growth of our business, Integritie are seeking to recruit technical delivery staff in England and Canada. We are seeking both graduate trainees and experienced technical specialists.

Location: We have several roles available at this time, including roles based from our Waterlooville, PO7 7YH, England, or Mississauga, Toronto, Canada.

Integritie provide re-location packages for international hires that wish to live in England or Canada.

Skills: Candidates should be highly motivated with a strong aptitude to learning and a proven track record in software development with experience in languages such as Java, .Net, Visual Basic, C/C++ or Korn Shell

Integritie are looking for ambitious customer facing technicians who wish to develop a career in Imaging and Enterprise Content Management solution design and implementation.

Preference will be provided to people with Technical Skills (Certifications) in the following areas

  • Hyland's OnBase
  • Kofax Ascent Capture, Xtrata Pro or Indicius
  • Lotus Domino Development and Administration

and/or

  • Series AIX (with current IBM certifications)
  • IBM Content Manager (Windows 2000, or AIX)
  • IBM Content Manager OnDemand (Windows 2000 or AIX)
  • IBM Records Manager
  • IBM Document Manager
  • IBM CommonStore for LN or Exchange

and/or

  • IBM Websphere
  • IBM Tivoli Storage Manager and other Tivoli suite
  • IBM DB/2 database

Job Role - Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Able to master the installation, delivery, and support of the Integritie focus areas of Content Management Products, ensuring a large variety of products specifications and applications
  • Sufficient technical background and knowledge so as to provide successful installation and project delivery with confidence
  • Willing to travel and potentially spend time away from home
  • Able to listen and understand clients' needs accurately and quickly
  • Ability to understand business issues and relate these to IT solutions
  • Personable and well-presented
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Willing to update product knowledge on an ongoing basis strong customer service skills perseverance
