Technical Systems Installation Engineer, Bahamas, Caribbean
Due to exciting growth of our business in the Caribbean, Integritie are seeking to recruit technical delivery staff based in the Bahamas.
We are seeking candidates with proven installation skills of Corpriate business software applications. With preference given to local Bahamian candidates with existing Image Capture and Content Management technical implementation expertise.
The preferred candidate will be an ambitious customer facing technician, who wishes to develop a career in Image and Enterprise Content Management solution design and implementation.
Technology Experience and Requirements
Candidates should have at least 3 years experience regarding the implementation of business software applications, with a proven track record of complex system integration technical service implementations..
Preference will be given to candidantes with proven technical skills in the following areas:
- Kofax Ascent Capture software technical service installations.
- IBM FileNet software technical service installations.
- IBM Datacap Image Capture software technical service installations.
- IBM Content Manager software technical service installations.
- IBM Content Manager OnDemand software technical service installations.
- IBM Records Manager software technical service installations.
- IBM Document Manager software technical service installations.
- IBM CommonStore for LN or Exchange software technical service installations.
- ReadSoft Image Capture software technical service installations
Note . We recognise that these are new applications for the Bahamas Market, so will consider candidates with other image and or content management expertise, such as Documentum, Sharepoint, OpenText.
Job Role – Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Able to master the installation, delivery, and support of the Integritie focus areas of Image Capture and Content Management Products, ensuring a large variety of products specifications and applications
- Sufficient technical background and knowledge so as to provide successful installation and project delivery with confidence
- Willing to travel and potentially spend time away from home
- Able to listen and understand clients' needs accurately and quickly
- Ability to understand business issues and relate these to IT solutions
- Personable and well-presented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Willing to update product knowledge on an ongoing basis strong customer service skills perseverance
