It is with pleasure that Integritie and IBM invite you to our Image Capture and Content Management Cloud seminar at the British Colonial Hilton, Nassau, on Wed 27th July 2011.
Over the last three years image capture and content management solutions have become an important part of company business process management, our seminar will provide product demonstrations of Finance Department and Human Resource Department image capture and content management processes, demonstrating how we are helping customers to improve business process efficiency and controls, while reducing business costs, and removing the risk of loss of paper records from filing errors, fire, flood, and other natural disasters.
Integritie have implemented a Bahamas IBM Image Capture and Content Management Cloud, and Software As A Service, brand named KC Online. At the seminar we will demonstrate several KC Online out of the box applications, including the KC Online Accounts Payable function that image captures invoices, automatically extracting the invoice information, matching invoices to purchase orders and legacy systems, and providing approval and rejection processes. We will demonstrate how KC Online extracts the information off the invoices, extracting 100 lines of information circa each second, removing data entry costs and typing mistakes. We will also demonstrate the invoice archive, retrieval, security, and reporting function that assists companies achieve long term audit readiness and information management control.
KC Online is build on industry leading IBM security and information backup applications, We will demonstrate the secure management of Human Resource files, demonstrating the Image Capture and Content Management Cloud Service, showing how Employee records and processes are securely managed by KC Online.
KC Online provides a lot of additional features and functions, At the seminar we will present the wider KC Online service, features, functions, and security, explaining in detail our image capture and content management Cloud offering and our traditional purchase options for customers that require an on premise solution.
The KC Online Cloud costs only $42 per user per month for archive and retrieval users, and costs only $84 per user per month for Accounts Payable and Human Resource workflow users, this is very low cost compared to the traditional cost of buying and building your own on premise image capture and content management solution.
