Integritie’s helpdesk and support service provides customers a single technical point of contact for hardware and software support needs, with access to certified technical resources who take ownership of customer technical queries and problems, from receipt of customer calls until resolution.

 

Highly Certified Technical Staff

 

 

Integritie’s technical staff are CDIA, IBM Content Management, IBM Tivoli, IBM Lotus, IBM pSeries, IBM storage and Kofax certified. Our Helpdesk team are ready to handle a broad range of business and technical questions from software installation, configuration, design related issues, and the identification and tracing of software defects.

Telephone and Email Helpdesk Facility

 

 

The Integritie Helpdesk offers customers a dedicated email, telephone, and internet Webex support service. Depending on your service needs and contract our global support desks available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, or premier service 24x7. Integritie also provide onsite specialist resources if the situation requires.

Technical Escalation and Management

 

 

Each customer support call is allocated to a technical specialist who is the resolution owner during the life cycle of the problem. Integritie provide helpdesk support service levels tailored to customers needs, which include triggers for escalation based on elapsed time, level/severity and quality thresholds. Integritie deliver effective resolution ownership whilst making it a priority to keep customers informed of resolution progress.

Integritie’s Helpdesk service manages support calls for IBM Software including DB/2, Content Management, WebSphere, Lotus and Tivoli products, and for an extensive range of hardware products, including IBM, HP, Sun, Compaq, Cisco, EMC and most other hardware servers, storage devices, and peripherals. We also provide support for capture devices, such as scanners, VRS, Kofax, Indicius, Kodak, Bell & Howell, Fujitsu, Plasmon, HP and many other peripherals.
